Terms of Service

You must provide a valid email address and create a password (or use a supported OAuth provider) to use the Service. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the EU/EEA) to use the Service.

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis; by purchasing a lifetime plan, you authorize a single charge.

• Cancellation: You may cancel a subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Except where required by law, no partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period. Refund requests for exceptional circumstances may be submitted to support@geology.oqodo.com.
• Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until the payment issue is resolved.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service
• Abuse, overload, or attempt to extract data from the AI assistant or third-party processors
• Harass, abuse, or harm other people
• Send unsolicited communications (spam)

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice depending on severity.

You retain full ownership of the content you create in the Service (your goals, carves, notes, and messages). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the Service — including sending it to our AI provider (Anthropic) to power the Geo assistant, and delivering it through your linked Telegram channel where you enable that integration. We describe this processing in our Privacy Policy.

The Geo assistant is provided for general informational and productivity purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice (including medical, legal, financial, or mental-health advice). AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for how you use it.

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion:

• Your personal data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy
• Any active subscription will be cancelled
• Your content cannot be recovered after deletion

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or for other legitimate reasons, with reasonable notice where possible. We may also modify or discontinue the Service. If we permanently discontinue the Service, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users in advance and, where applicable, provide a means to export your data.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute-resolution process and governing law set out in Section 13.

Where permitted by applicable law, you agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action.
